01. The Challenge - Bringing Retail Innovations to Life
Puig, a global beauty conglomerate, approached Holition to reimagine their product launch initiatives for Penhaligon's and L'artisan Parfumeur through two 360 Virtual Spaces to be deployed in April 2022 for the group's annual Global SIM Conference.
02. The Solution - Exploring Brand DNA through Other-Worldly Environments
To drive anticipation for Puig's new retail innovations amongst its key stakeholders, Holition created two 360 Virtual Spaces that capture the brand personalities of Penhaligons and L'Artisan Parfumeur.
A Magical Trip inside Penhaligon's Flagship Boutique
To reimagine Penhaligon's flagship boutique in London's Regent Street, the web-based experience features an avatar of Mr Penhaligon, and three core interactive hotspots - Luna & Solaris, The Butler, and Potions.
The result was a magical trip inside the world of Penhaligon’s where users can explore the space in day and nighttime scenarios, whilst playing around with 12 interactive elements that were designed to tell the story behind its up-and-coming fragrance collections.
Inside the space, users were allowed to discover the brand's “dizzying array of fragrances” and new product launches that await the brand's consumers in 2022.
Retreating inside the Whimsical World of L'Artisan
With the same aim of driving anticipation for its new product pipeline in 2022, Holition created an experience that transported participants from L’Artisan Parfumeur’s traditional retail store environment into a whimsical garden called L’Jardin du Parfumeur.
Inside L'Jardin du Parfumeur, participants could choose from three varying garden landscapes, each one featuring its signature fragrances.
Complete with engaging visuals, 360-degree video animations, and compelling sound design, the result is a whimsical glimpse into the world of L'Artisan Parfumeur.

03. Insight - Using Creative Storytelling Virtually to Drive Brand Anticipation in Real Life.
360 Virtual Spaces provide brands with an immersive touchpoint that allows brands to create compelling experiences for their target audience.
Created with stakeholder engagement in mind, the 360 Virtual Spaces show the value of moving away from traditional and static product showcase tools and leveraging creative storytelling and experiential product discovery virtually to drive brand anticipation for Penhaligon’s and L’Artisan Parfumeur’s 2022 product collections.
